flying

If I could fly, today I would take off over my beloved ocean again and dive bomb the tourists alongside the sea gulls. For anyone who's never visited or lived near the ocean, the scent of sea air is magic. Sometimes I wonder if it brings back memories buried deep in our inner brains of days when we all were creatures of the ocean.

I've seen this crazy flying woman before - in fact, I keep coming across her everywhere I go on the net. She changes colour - psychedelic here - but is always perpetually launching herself over the bay, but never quite getting there; always flying away from us, showing a clean pair of heels.
I'm sure that someone clever, like a psychologist, would be able to elicit some deep significance about the person who constructed this - perhaps she has a chameleon, muli-faceted personality, always trying to escape to sea, fleeing away from her life - but never quite making it. I'm sure she would be very interesting to know, but difficult to fathom. I wonder ...

Sigmund, I have to teach you everything. Flying means elevation to a higher plane, not all that id stuff you wrote about in your horrid textbooks. Tsk Tsk. This woman is serving a noble task. I will speak to you more about this in our next analytic session.

Dear Kurl: You, teach Me anything? Hah! What I didn't go on to say was that I am formulating a new theory that will bowl the world over. I'm sure this strange flying woman has some deep sexual significance, probably connected with incorrect potty-training in infancy; I'm thinking of writing a book about it.
Yours, Sigmund.

Dear Sigmund
Did I ever point out to you that early sexual deprivation spawns such cock-eyed theories as yours? Really, next lifetime try to start earlier! Firmly,
Karl

Mein leibefrau, aka 'Karl', I was definitely sexually deprived in my younger days - it hadn't been invented in England when I was young - so that accounts for a lot of my strange behaviour.

ps Have made up for it since, though ;-)

Whew. I can relax now that I know you've been educated.
