I remember, as a high school junior, about the time the Beatles hit Ed Sullivan, having some pictures of them that I (anonymously) posted on the bulletin board in the school choir room. Can you even guess how long it took old Oliver Sovereign to rant about them and how much time we lost from practicing his stodgy old pieces? LOL Helen

Defintely, defintely one of the best groups ever!
I agree. The Beatles were a landmark in rock music. They changed it in a way I've not seen it changed since. And yes, we lost them too soon.
Ahhh Ed Sullivan:-) Nobody could hear them sing for the screaming!
