Pris, the video is from a television series called Farscape. It's a science fiction series which was made in Australia. I don't know whether you like sci-fi or not, but if you do even a little bit, you should get this out on dvd and watch it. It's really an excellent program.
The blue lady is a priest named Xan (pronounced 'Zan').
