Hopefully, Geoff will post a comment, telling us where in England this photograph was taken. Thank you, Geoff, for sharing your wonderful photography skills with me.

Thanks, Micheal. I'm lucky to find such a great collaborator in Geoff. He's a fantastic photographer and only rags me for being a 'yank' about fifty percent of the time :-)

Hi Pris - you know what I feel about your work, so don't have to tell you how much I admire your ku here.
The location of the photo: Jill and I were on a short walking holiday in Wenslydale, North Yorkshire, staying at The Kings Arms inn (17th-century)in the village of Askrigg. On this day we were staying indoors, waiting for the rain to clear, so I went around peering through the windows, looking for photo opportunities. This image is of cottage roofs, with the open fells (hills) beyond the village.

By the way, if the TV series 'All Creatures Great and Small' was shown in other countries, The Kings Arms was the inn used as 'The Drovers Arms', and Askrigg was used as 'Garrowby'.
