Just a note

I'm still struggling with vision problems triggered by n eye drop about 11 days ago. Saw the eye doctor yesterday and there's no disease with the eye. I'm seeing my internist next Wednesday simply to rule out a sudden thyroid problem (I'm hypothyroid and take a low dose of Armour Thyroid for that). What happens? The holidays arrive and I fall apart. Santa's not going to be pleased with me!!

At any rate, I'm not reading more than a few brief blogs right now simply because it's very difficult to see the print.

I'm so sorry about your eye, Pris. Hopefully it will clear up by Christmas. I continue to enjoy every part of your book. Thanks again for writing it.

Thanks, both of you! I appreciate your encouragement and am glad you're enjoying the book, Toni.

Yes, I'd like to be able to read/see again SOON.

I hope your eyes improve soon. That would be frightening! Lol about Santa. Seems a few of us are falling apart these days.

Thanks for the update.

Hugs-

Terri

Coming by and reading, and thinking of you, Pris. Do be well.

Word Verification is "extrygma", which I think would be a good generic name for those times when you wake up in the morning and you feel like during the night you were taken apart and reassembled with all of the parts put back in the wrong order. I know I've had days like that.

Hi Terri
I know what you mean!! We should call ourselves Humpty.

Lyle,
Thanks for stopping by. That's a perfect word for days like this....what was that song..'mama said there'd be days like this, days like this, mama said'

Hi Jim
When my eyes settle I probably need new glasses anyway. It's been a year and the idiot at Eyeglass World where I got my regular glasses took two shots at making a pair and never did get them quite right. I had my new ophthalmologist remake my puter glasses about four months ago since I had trouble with Eyglass World's version of those, too. He said they didn't take account of the astigmatism in my left eye, gave me a new script and the new ones worked perfectly. So...when the eyes settle and stop changing vision/hurting, I'm going to get him to fit me for new ones. But tell me what you know, anyway.

Hey, not bad for typing with my eyes closed except for occasional peeks:-)

Just in case you don't know yet,
you can make stuff bigger in
your browser (usually) by going
control plus
(and control minus to shrink again)

Eek. At least the cause of the problem is obvious. It would suck if you didn't know whether it was new medication or something else.

Thank you, both. I'm soooo ready to see better!
