More recently, in one of his shows on HBO, he was talking about his mom, and about growing up with his brother. He said when he and his brother were kids they were always misplacing things, and when they would ask their mom where something was ("Ma, I can't find my jacket." "Ma, where's my baseball mitt?") she would always say, "Well, it didn't get up and walk away." He said that was her favorite expression, she was always saying it to him and his brother--
